What kind of data do I take?

- Maintaining customer relationship to confirm or cancel you r booking
- To improve our services
- For billing / contract, if you have purchased vouchers from us
- Data provided by you when making a reservation
When you have creted an account, you can make a reservation on the site. This involves entering the number of team members and a valid phone number. Our booking system takes these data to confirm the reservation (email address and phone number). You will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details (reservation date, time, address), which also includes a link to cancel the reservation. Afterwards, we will confirm your reservationvia a phone call, so it is important that your phone number is valid.
If the reservation is made by phone, we will only pick up the phone number to keep in touch until the reservation is made and to ensure effective communication between both parties. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive news about new games. We provide a unsubscribe link at the end of the sms to delete the phone number from our database.
